If you’re an EU, EEA, or Swiss citizen, you can continue to use your passport or national identity card to prove you can work in the UK until 30 June 2021.
We are conducting pre-checks and gathering settlement status information if you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen. If you have not applied for settlement status and intend on staying in the UK after 30 June 2021 please ensure you apply as soon as possible. The current processing time is 2 months to gain status.
To be able to confirm your current status, please navigate to the following link and follow the instructions for producing a share code. You will need your passport/national identity card (whichever you used to complete the application) in order to produce the code.
