Our day rates of pay vary dependant on location. Rates vary between £130.20 to £158.70 per route (excluding VAT). Our Delivery Drivers will be provided with training prior to starting. Each training day completed is paid at between £94.00 to £100.00 and may last between 1 to 4 days dependant on the current requirement. Theoretical training is mandatory, and you may be asked to complete on-road training with one of our experienced drivers.
A typical day for our delivery drivers
You will be assigned a route that equates to a maximum of 9 calculated hours, which includes the travel time from collection point to first delivery destination.

The Delivery Driver vehicle:
All delivery drivers are required to use their own van. The good news is you can rent one from one of our partners! This is free for the first month which saves £800. We also pay a certain rate per routed mile to our drivers. In addition to this, all vehicles include maintenance, MOT and insurance. Plus you can use the vehicle in your own time!
Your Next Steps:
Fill in the online application form. At the end of the online application, you will be prompted to complete a visit at your chosen location. Book an appointment that works for you.
Visit completed? Great. Your application has already been processed and the recruitment team has been waiting by the submit button which requests a DBS criminal background check.
With the background check passed, you will be invited for training.
Training complete? Last step now. Collect a rental vehicle from one of our partners or if using your own personal vehicle, submit your haulage insurance policy documents to our HR team and you’ll be on the road the next day.
